I really hoped I'd have found my perfect carrier by now but I'm not QUITE there. Daughter is 20 months and very up-down. She still enjoys being carried, but not always for long at a time unless she's sleepy. What do you all think is the best carrier for a newborn-4mo in hot weather?

This needs to fit a plus sized/big busted mama, and a very tall slender daddy (we don't have the finances to buy two different ones)

I'm thinking a Bali Breeze or Mei Tie, do you have opinions about these?

I have two babies, and am interested in getting a carrier for holding just one baby, primarily for around the house so I can get some things done, as one of them likes to be held a lot. Okay so until now I have used a simple front carrier and then transistioned to a sleepy wrap to carry my baby in. I love it and have loved wearing my daughter since she was newborn, but wearing my daughter in front helps me ZIP when I want to do housework ( Read more... )

2004 was the first time I'd seen anybody wearing their baby. I was standing in-line waiting to vote and the lady behind me had her baby in a sling and was reading a book.
